Loss of student card

For the issuance of the replacement card, a fee of 15.00 euros will be charged according to the fee schedule of the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences.

This applies in case of loss, damage or name changes. Payment is made via the fee shop in Campus Online.

In case of theft, send your study supervisor the loss report of the police.

The delivery or collection is only possible after payment.
